Carlo Vivarelli
Carlo Vivarelli was born in 1919 and died in 1986 in Zurich, Switzerland.
Between 1934 and 1939, he was trained as graphic designer at the Kunstgewerbeschule Zurich and was engaged as a graphic designer at Studio Boggeri in Milan in 1946.
In 1947, he opened his graphic design atelier in Zurich and became a graphic design consultant to various important industrial companies. He was a co-publisher of the magazine “New Graphic Design” with Richard Paul Lohse, J. Müller-Brockmann and Hans Neuburg. He received various important prizes for his posters, sculptures and integrated wood reliefs.
